Suspicious Payment

The AVIA’s payment machines ask your bank if there is at least 100€ to 200€ in your bank account.

Sometimes, the bank takes aside this amount and recredit it automatically in your bank account according to a timeframe specific to its internal procedures. The timeframe can take up to 15 days and may be longer for some non-European foreign banks.

Prepayment and Refunds

Did you make a prepayment and need a refund?

Lost property

Did you leave a property at a station?
👉 Find your station to get the phone number and directly contact the station in question.

Invoice Request

To receive an invoice, please provide the following information:

  • Transaction date
  • Exact station
  • Amount
  • Last 4 digits of the Credit Card
